I hope to answer questions, post recipes, parlay my experiences as a professional restaurateur to the home cook in food preparation, food safety, food handling and tricks of the trade YOU can use in your home.
I will be posting recipes, some humor, some common sense opinions on food, life, living and enjoying those small things that appear unimportant at 30 but are huge to you at 60.

- Retired Chef and Food and Beverage director, living life as simple and as stress free as possible at this point in my life. Some life issues have left me a bit aged before my time, but I fight to maintain some normalcy. At the Ranch, we cook, we experiment with new recipes, we SHOOT gun's almost daily. I feel the Constitution is and should remain the Principal law of the land, I am a strong believer in the 10 amendments that our founder's believed were mandated by GOD to Free men and women everywhere and allowed all of us to feel the FREEDOMS only given to the Elites in times past.
